'Pizza - Mushroom and Tomato
Pizza - Mushroom and Tomato
A juicey Pizza made with tasty wide mushrooms

Ingredients
1.

 7 grams -- Dried Yeast

 1 Teaspoon -- sugar

3.

 250 ml -- Warm Water

4.

 350 grams -- Flour - Plain

5.

 1 Teaspoon -- salt

6.

 1 Tablespoon -- Olive Oil

7.

 400 grams -- Tomatoes (tinned chopped variety)

8.

 2 Whole -- garlic cloves (crushed)

9.

 1 Teaspoon -- Basil - Dried

10.

 1 Tablespoon -- Olive Oil

11.

 2 Tablespoon -- Tomato Puree (paste)

12.

 200 grams -- mushrooms

13.

 150 grams -- Cheese - Mozarella (grated)

14.

 1 sprinkle -- salt

15.

 1 sprinkle -- pepper

16.

 1 sprinkle -- Basil Leaves

 
Instructions
1

Place the Yeast and water in a measuring jug 

Mix in 50ml of water 

Leave for 15 minutes whilst the mixture begins to froth

Mix together the flour and a pinch of salt 

Make a well in the centre and mix in the yeast and water mix 

Add the olive oil. 

Add the remaining 200ml of warm water 

Mix into a smooth dough

Place the dough on a floured surface and kneed for 5 minutes 

Return the dough to a bowl 

Leave for 15 minutes whilst dough begins to rise

Place the dough on a floured surface and kneed for 2 minutes 

Roll the dough out to form pizza base - approx 6mm thick 

Place the base on an oiled baking tray

Slice the mushrooms

Place tomatoes - garlic - basil and olive oil in a pan 

Add salt and pepper to taste 

Simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce thickens

Leave sauce to cool slightly in fridge

Spread the sauce over base 

Sprinkle on the mushrooms 

Sprinkle over with Mozarella Cheese

Bake in a Preheated oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees C 

Remove and garnish with basil leaves
