upper-trapezius,   middle-trapezius,   levator-scapulae
Instructions
Preperation :

1. Adjust seat back position so that knee joint is in line with lever fulcrum,

2. Sit with back tight to back rest,

3. The shin pad should be adjusted to sit comfortably on lower shin,

4. Grasp handles and pull upper-body down onto seat. - this helps maintain posture.

Movement :

1. Lift lever arm up until legs are straight.

Return :

1. Smoothly return weight.
